So you work for an oil company, and your names Oil. Nominative determinism, yay!

Amar, some brilliant shots here :-)

So right accross the river Oli there are some floating bus stops or Piers, i built those and fitted them there (with the help of others), all i can say is London police are not all that pleased when you bump a 7.5T truck up on the pavement at Victoria embankment and start unloading it.
What i do know for certain is they don't have much of a sence of humor, because when 6 fella's from the darkest reaches of Devon are asked "don't yow know what double red lines mean?" and the reply is "you ran out of yellow paint?" they didn't even snigger, and 5 of us were hitting each other laughing. All very serious.
Did you know up there they have lights in the street that work on that lectric and you don't even have to have a genny running.

I did think of you Oli when I pulled up. If anyone remembers that famous photo that Botang had of his D2 A8, it was taken in a car park around that area.
I'm going to go back soon and go up The Shard, I drove past it a few times that day, has anyone been inside?

Went up yesterday as it happens. Not the clearest day unfortunately, but could still see as far as Wembley stadium. Very impressive seeing London from almost 1,000ft up, looking below at Waterloo station it just looked like a train set. You take a lift up to floor 33, then jump in another lift up to floor 68 which is an enclosed viewing area, then some stairs take you up to level 72 which is an open-air viewing floor. Really spectacular.

I would have thought around by Borough market would be a good place for some pics in the middle of the night :
