Are US rear indicator clusters more 'red'?

D2 - Lights Headlights, xenons, foglights. Everything outside the car that glows

Also don't they have side marker lights in them as per the front indicators; perhaps you can fit them here with some LED amber bulbs to make them flash amber?!? I quite like them as well & IIRC mkoneman was also looking into these.
