As mannyo says, it must be a recent change, in the summer when I booked MOT online it said up to 2.0 litre only for brakes and servicing.
My only reservation is that TPS sell 'economy' Quantum parts as well as Genuine VAG so would they be using inferior parts? http://www.thetradepartsspecialists.co.uk/economy/

It says it's only available at participating Audi centres only...it may not be honoured by all Audi centres...
