Interesting (or not?) little footnote to this after a long thread snooze.....
The other day my S8 didn't want to start, it hasn't been used much lately, just the odd short run at night, and the battery wasn't quite up to starting. It turned over sluggishly then gave up. Down to about 12v when tested afterwards. ![]() After an overnight on the battery charger it was fine, but the dash clock had decided to reset back to 1999. (Cue: Prince https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rblt2EtFfC4 ) I just left it to resync via the radio receiver but when I next used the car it was an hour ahead, so either on BST or more likely CET. Easy enough to adjust by an hour with the little menu control by the handbrake, but I can't recall if this is normal? I'm pretty sure it sorts itself out in Spring and Autumn when the clocks change. ![]()
